Guy Ritchie had apparently told his friends that he had almost no sex life with wife Madonna as she was obsessed with her daily four-hour workout regime.
Guy is said to have made repeated pleas claiming that they should spend more time with each other but was turned down by the singer owing to her fixation with her exercising routine.
He got more and more frustrated as she spent nearly half the day working out. Afterwards she’d be too tired to make love, News of the World quoted a close pal of the couple as saying.
And towards the end Guy wouldn’t be there. He’d get fed up waiting for her and go down the pub with his mates, the pal added.
The close friend further revealed that even when the couple did indulge themselves in acts of passion, Guy reportedly felt he lay with a bunch of bones.
The friend said: After a few drinks one evening Guy said it was like cuddling up to a piece of gristle.
All the soft feminine tones have been replaced by the build of an athlete.

Madonna has now confirmed that she is divorcing husband Guy Ritchie.
After much speculation the news has been verified by the singer’s spokeswoman Liz Rosenberg.
“Madonna and Guy Ritchie have agreed to divorce after seven-and-a-half years of marriage,” said a statement. “They have both requested that the media maintain respect for their family at this difficult time.”
The pair married in 2000.

In an interview with Hello! magazine, Angelina Jolie has quieted the bubbling rumors that she has suffered from a bout of post-partum depression and is having problems with her relationship with Brad Pitt. On the contrary, life sounds rosy for Brangelina and brood.
“We have fun, we have each other, and we have a lot of love in our life,” she said. “And anybody who has love in their life has something that is much more important than anything else.”
After establishing that her life is generally flawless, she spoke about her ever-growing family.
“It’s a big, loud, busy family,” Jolie said. “They’re all great travellers, too, and I think partly because there are so many of them, they’re able to make themselves at home anywhere. They can just go into an empty room, take it over, and make it their home, which is a wonderful gift.”
